How long until I see results?
This varies depending on the individual and the type of work. Some people notice changes within a few sessions, while others experience more gradual shifts over time. The focus is on supporting sustainable change rather than quick fixes.
Does this replace medical care?
No. This work is complementary and is intended to support overall regulation, resilience, and well-being alongside medical care.
How often should I book sessions?
Frequency depends on your goals and current needs. For Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, sessions may range from weekly to monthly. Nutrition sessions are initially spaced 2/3 weeks apart then further apart dependent on your needs and once a foundation is established.
What does the intake include?
We’ll review your health history, current concerns, and relevant lifestyle factors to guide the work in a focused, individualized way.
What if I don’t have time — or don’t want — to change much?
That’s okay. We work within your capacity. Recommendations are collaborative and realistic, and the work adjusts to what you’re open to changing.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance. Payment is due before you leave.
Do I need prior experience with bodywork, nutrition, or movement?
No prior experience is necessary. Sessions are adapted to meet you where you are.
What should I wear or bring?
For bodywork and movement sessions, wear comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement. All other details will be shared when you book.
